Just Leased in Woodland Hills

Estate Match Realty is pleased to announce the lease of Chalk Hill Court in Woodland Hills, CA to Pension Assurance, a rapidly expanding accounting firm with a sub-specialty in pension accounting and audit review. Heather Boren of Estate Match Realty represented the Tenant and Todd Wuschnig of Charles Dunn represented the Landlord.

We are excited to have been chosen to represent Pension Assurance after they interviewed several brokers. Heather was chosen due to her familiarity with the San Fernando Valley, especially Woodland Hills along with her dedication and follow-through. After touring 15 properties, Chalk Hill was chosen as it offered the right combination of amenities, parking, growth potential, and build-out.
