Previously located at the Westfield Promenade, slated for redevelopment and seeing increasing vacancies, the owners of several Arthur Murray franchises decided it was time to start looking for their new site. We strategized about their size, visibility, parking requirements, and market rents. After sourcing a property directly with the owner, we negotiated and finalized a lease for their new location.
An up and coming accounting and auditing firm outgrew their current location and was seeing rapid growth. We discussed their work culture and large parking requirements to find the right fit. After moving to their desired location, we were able to find the right space that fit with their company culture, budget requirements and future growth in mind.
